I think you got confused with the abbreviations.
POF is = Proof of funds

Do you mean Proof of landing for COPR - Confirmation of Permanant Residency - which is given after final decision with the visa. When you land in Canada with visa and COPR you will be given a copy of COPR, duly signed by the Immigration Officer in canada, that you should keep as Proof of Landing, till you get PR Card.
