Does CHC Delhi ask for Passport when they get the file or at the final stage. I need to visit Hubby on TRV during the processing period. Thanks.

There is no standard time with ND. Sometimes its at the beginning and sometimes its towards the end.

file transfer from sydney to new delhi??

Hi all,

I'm an Indian citizen residing in Australia (for the past 1.5 yrs) and wish to apply for PR under Family class.

1) Can I get my application processed from Sydney as I'm residing in Brisbane, Australia?

2) Being an Indian citizen will my file be transferred to New Delhi, India for the second stage processing?
