Can someone tell me when does CIC call employer to confirm experience.

Mostly after "In-process" by visa office. not fixed any timeline for that. my call is done after near about 3months of "In-process".

Yes "In Process" during the document background checks. However, please note that CIC does not always call your employer. Only if they are in any way unsatisfied with the references/contracts you have provided and have questions/queries. Also I believe they call a small percentage regardless as a random spotcheck.

Wayne , even the VO called who worked abroad then his/her home country. right now I observed that some 0213 NOC people employer get verfication call.
