When CIO Sydney updates the e-case Status?

My application was received at Sydney on 8th April. I am re-applying as first one was refused due to insufficient points.

My question is , in how many days I can see a change of status as "Application Received" ? I am trying to check with my old file number. Is that correct way to check status of new application?

I believe you should check the new application with the new file number not the old one.
Did you already get a new file number?
