Hi,

Just a curious question more than anything. So for example, I send in and they receive my app today (just an eg), and let's pretend they send me aor two months later in March.

So, let's also pretend my lease and letters are mostly from 2018 March. When they start processing it, would it be returned because it wasn't a year and I don't qualify for common law? Even though they sent aor in March? And then I'd have to really SEND the app IN March for them to consider 2018 March to be a year, and they will disqualify it even though they gave aor in March because I submitted in January?

This is just mostly out of curiosity. I do have proofs from earlier on but I was just wondering how they process this.

If anyone knows please let me know!

It's not about the AOR, but about when they receive the app. You can't send the app in advance, before you've actually achieved common law.

AOR times vary wildly, from a few weeks to over three months in some cases and this goes for any other time sensitive things. Open work permits, for example. The condition is to have valid status when applying for them. So in order to qualify, you must have status when they receive the app, not for up to three months later because God knows when they'll send you the AOR.

Oh ok, I have proofs from 2016-now but majority of my stronghold proofs like insurance and 2 leases are from March 2018 which is why I ask..
