When CIC makes Final Decision after all

Dear all friends,
I got my AOR in Dec 2016. I have 600 point Job Offer with valid LMIA. at the moment Eligibility, Criminal, Security and Medical are all passed and my case waiting for Final Decision for about 1 month but CIC don't made that decision.

Does anyone know what is the reason for such delay?
I thought that after completion of all checks, CIC send PPR but they didn't. Please help me!

Nobody except CIC can answer your question, some of us have been waiting for over 4 years. Patience is what is necessary.
