When Can I Get PR holder benefits after landing?

Hi all,

I have just got the passport request today. I am so excited. Thanks for your help and assistance during my immigration process.

By the way, I plan my landing next month. Can anybody tell me when I can get PR holder benefits (like free healthcare, child benefit, free English and French class..)?

From my understanding from reading comment from fellow fork here. We can get all benefits when we lands to Canada. You just go to Newcomer center, you can get full information
