When are embassies are going to comeback to work normally.

I have applied for Express entry in December 2018 and I received a Procedural fairness letter in Dec 2019. And now this corona pandemic has halted the world system. Now I am just anxious to know how long it is going to take to get my file processed. Its already been over a year and a half waiting for it.

Do I have to get my medical and PCC again?
