Can one also lose his PR status if he lands as PR through PNP and moves to another province which nominated him, just after three months of becoming PR?

If the nominating province can show deliberate misrepresentation, in that the nominee never intended to settle in the nominating province, yes, it's possible.
In practice however, it's unlikely.
