when 38 job categories will change?

I heard these 38 jobs categories will be change very soon. Is anybody know when is going to be change?

Hi Strong,

We all hear about a lot of news/rumours that the list may change very soon. But we are in a position to confirm this only when the CIC officially publishes it on their website.

One unconfirmed news i heard was that it will change in December. Remember, the existing list was published last week of November 2008, it may change after one year. But these are unconfirmed rumours and cannot be relied on completely.If you are eligible in the current list, apply as soon as possible, because you should expect change in the list at any time.

Not anytime soon. It's just rumours at this point. There hasn't even been a news release that they are "thinking" about it.

my situation is very complecated, My NOC is 4131 same as you, I did apply on May 2009 but I did not receved anything from sydnye, was waiting waiting until when I countact with visa office they said letter to provide full duc. is sent out 4 months agoo...... and I lost the time for 120 days beacuse of their mistake, so I want to reaply it again, my IELTS is expired just few days ago and I have to retake it...... and that is why I am so worried for changing the rull.
Hope nothing change at least for for few months.

Or, we should not rely on our ecas since it's not updated on time?

my 120 days will be expire on beginign of october, IELTS wont be ready for this 120 days so i will be miss this
120 days and i dont want to take a chance to sent not compete doc. and wait whats going to happen. It was sydnyes mistake that i didn't recive my letter.

regarding ecas, our ecas wont change fast, it is depend to visa offices some of them update our file fast some not so i can not rely on ecas.

you should speak to them again. You applied in May and they sent out a letter in May. I don't think Sydney was turning around application that fast. Did you call your visa office or send them a letter? Try call them and speak to a person.

why do you say it was Sydney's mistake? what did they do?

Ah ok. they might have tried contacting you but the postal system might have let you down. I think they were not emailing in May. You should apply again.
