What's the best path to follow to live with my spouse?

Guys, here's my scenario:

I'm currently in process of receiving Canada PR. I have submitted my application post ITA and working on giving my Biometrics.

The estimated time to complete my application is September 2020. I'm also planning to get married by end of this year or beginning of next year.

Now let's say I get my visa in September. Here's what I'm thinking to do:

1. Land in Canada as soon as possible and stay there until I get my PR card.
2. Come back to my country and get married.
3. Submit the application to sponsor my wife as a dependent.

My questions are:

1. As I read on the official website, the current processing time to sponsor my spouse is 12 months. I'm also aware of the fact that I have to be in Canada and should have a steady income during this time. My question is during these 12 months is there any way my wife can stay with me in Canada until her application is complete?
2. I also read about something called 'Inland' and 'Outland' spousal visa. But I do not understand which one will suit the best to my scenario and requirement of point 1. Which one will work the best for me?
3. Any other general advice, suggestions for me or about my plan?

The term inland means both the sposer (you) and the principle applicant (your wife) are living together inside Canada during the processing of the application. Outland means you are apart (you in Canada your wife in your country of origin). The processing time for outland tends to be shorter while in general processing time for both is always on case by case bases.

Well it is up to you to choose which path, in case of inland there are some paperwork of case in case visa expiry you can get visa extension in this case also you can apply for your wife for an open work permit. open work permit paper work is to be sent with the sponsorship application.

This is the best option however the chances of your spouse's visitor visa being approved will be low since IRCC will know she has plans on remaining in Canada long term.

An even better option would be to get married before your PR application is finalized and add your spouse to your application so that you get PR together.

I thought this too but this is unfortunately not possible due to Covid-19 situation.
