Guys, here's my scenario:
I'm currently in process of receiving Canada PR. I have submitted my application post ITA and working on giving my Biometrics.
The estimated time to complete my application is September 2020. I'm also planning to get married by end of this year or beginning of next year.
Now let's say I get my visa in September. Here's what I'm thinking to do:
My questions are:
Thank You.
- Land in Canada as soon as possible and stay there until I get my PR card.
- Come back to my country and get married.
- Submit the application to sponsor my wife as a dependent.
My questions are:
- As I read on the official website, the current processing time to sponsor my spouse is 12 months. I'm also aware of the fact that I have to be in Canada and should have a steady income during this time. My question is during these 12 months is there any way my wife can stay with me in Canada until her application is complete?
- I also read about something called 'Inland' and 'Outland' spousal visa. But I do not understand which one will suit the best to my scenario and requirement of point 1. Which one will work the best for me?
- Any other general advice, suggestions for me or about my plan?
Thank You.
