What's next step after approval

Hi all, I finally received confirmation email of acceptance of my PR allocation. I got ITA last May and waited almost 9 months. Pre Covid, next step was to send passport to Ottawa and have an interview; however, my account says that "If you don't receive PR card within 6 weeks, please contact us".

My question is...do we still have to send passport or we can get PR card without regular process?

Since you are already in Canada you don't need an entry Visa thus your passport is not required. See below
