What's my address? Please help!

When I moved in to this apartment complex, I was told the street address was 900 and put that on various forms, including my driver's license. Most mail/packages will get to me if it's addressed to street number 900.
However, I later found out that the street number is technically 950, and certain types of mail (particularly government or banking mail) will only get here if addressed to 950.
I'd like to list my current address as 950 to make sure that anything mailed gets to me properly, but I don't want to cause problems as my driver's license has said 900 the whole time I'm here.
Suggestions? Should I just list 950 as my current address and write some sort of note explaining?

list the address as 950 so that you can get your mail they are not gonna know what address the identifications say as you dont need to send in a copy of proof of address so list it to the one you know will get delivered
