getting through? whenever i call, they say all agents are busy and that i can't hold the line then the call gets disconnected. it's sooooo frustrating!!! i've been trying to get info on the CAIPS notes that i ordered ???

Try to call early in the morning - from 8-00 am.

For me, Thursdays and Fridays seem to be the best days to get through. Any other day I have had little or no luck.
 
that happened to me for some strange reason it wont put you on hold try calling back again until you can be put on hold worked for me thats if you have patience

Keep trying. You will eventually get through and then you will be put on hold for 10+ minutes. If you have to wait longer than 10 minutes they will just disconnect you and not even put you in the line.
 
I tried calling at 830 am this morning, first time said it was too busy to try back later, second time I was on hold for 10 minutes, but got through

I have been calling these numbers for several days and they only give U the option to leave a message. I have left detailed messages and my phone numbers requesting a callback but NOTHING!!! :'( :o

I applied for CAIPS notes on my husband's visa application SINCE THE FIRST WEEK OF AUGUST cos he was called for an interview. The last few times I was able to speak with someone they kept saying they didnt have my application! This is crazy, my husband's interview is in early October and is fast approaching. This is driving me nuts!!! I called the CIC Contact Centre and they say they cant help here.

Please does anyone have any other way of contacting these people? Mayb an email address or something? ???

yes it always happens .so poor service and even the info they give is weak..a new person can fall in problem if they listen to em and follow like what to do next in a case .. i servived for years coz of one wrong info from a call center lady and later no one takes responcibility and simply say thay have limited info.haaah :( :( :(
