Hi my canadian spouse case is recently moved to london.my question is (1)why they havent took biomstric or medical yet? (2)what is the next procedure, (3)while case file moved to london how much time period will be taken for giving visa? Please guide

The process isn't always structured, they can request your biometrics and medical after they've moved your case to your local VO. Remember, this stage is now about the principal applicant (PA), and the medical / biometrics are for them.

Once your file has moved to London VO, they'll send the PA an email stating they've received it, this is called AOR2. ECAS will also update under the PA's section saying that they've begun to process it.

Expect up to the 12-month mark as the CIC website states and be happy with anything shorter than that would be my advice.

Pretty much exactly what he said. I'm with London also, they seem to be quiet and slow. But 12 months is the average process time right now Good luck. London doesn't have a phone number so if you need to contact them or would like an update on your application, use webform or send email
