What would you guys consider as the easiest province to get Permanent residency in as an international student?

I'm planning on studying in Canada in the next couple of years, and I'm looking at the easiest provinces to get PR in, also I have a small question.
Can I graduate from a software engineering college, but work ANY job just to get the job experience then go for PR? or do I have to work in what i studied in college? would love to hear back.

I also heard Saskatchewan & Alberta have some good immigration programs, not sure tho, Thanks in Advance.
