My file got delivered today by Canada Post, I'm Canadian citizen residing in Canada and have sponsored my wife who lives in India.

My question is what would be the next step as my file is delivered today in NS?

The first communication you get is AOR (acknowledgement of receipt) sent to the sponsor's email address, 6-8 weeks after they received it.
