What will I do if my employer will not accept my 2 weeks notice of resignation?

I’m currently employed as live-in caregiver in Quebec and I’m planning to quit my job because working hours were too much 13, 14 hours per day. I’m afraid also to my employer because she may get mad, say worst if I give the 2 weeks notice. What will I do?

1. You give your 2 week notice and then leave. If the employer wants you to leave before the notice period ends, they have to pay out the 2 weeks.
