Hello,

My PR application is not yet complete. Here are the notes when I check the application status online:

  • We received your application for permanent residence on October 6, 2008.
We started processing your application on November 4, 2008.
We received the requested information on March 23, 2009. Thank you for providing the information.
A decision has been made and you will be contacted.
We sent you a letter on June 22, 2010 to xxxxxxxx (my current address) about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us.
    Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made and you will be contacted.

Currently we are living in Kitchener, ON. If we were moving to Windsor, NS, will this impose any delay on my application? Or we just simply change the address and the application will move on without any delay?

Thanks in advance!

Moving to another Province should not be a problem. Just be sure you let Canada Post know about your moving so they can fwd your amil to NS and that should be it.

It wouldn't hurt to give CIC a call to let them know your new address.

Cheers,

G
