What when employer knows nothing about TFW

Hello

What if, my possible future employer knows nothing about hiring a foreigner temporary worker ? What information must I provide in order to help him hire me. I need to gather that information completely and add it to my cover letter, I've visited cic pages and other silmilar pages, and that's what I've find out:

1 Employer must send an application form to LMO - From here for example:
w.hrsdc.gc.ca/eng/workplaceskills/foreign_workers/temp_workers. s html

Depending from my NOC and skill level needed for the job, he must meet certain reqirements

Then if it's positive I can apply for work permit

And then ? What about medical exams ? IELTS ? How much LMO process takes time ? And WP ?

The LMO can take from a few weeks to a few months to get. Sometimes they are denied. The employer has to prove that he advertised the job and did not find any Canadians or PR's who wanted the job and were qualified for it.
