Hello EXPERTS,
I need your help to determine what type of permit,visa and NOC he supposed to apply with.
He is currently working in the Philippines and the company is a multi-international company(Manufacturing Industry) which they also have a plant here in Canada.
He is a Mechanical Engineer license holder and his work experiences are:
- 2 years+-Currently as Maintenance Manager -department under him are
Mechanical Dept. Manager, Electrical and Instrumentation Manager, Preventive Maintenance Manager)
- 15 years- SOM (Shift Operations Manager)- In Production Department
My Qs are:
1. If the company in Canada offers him a permanent job as Production Superintendent, What NOC number? Does he need a LMO too?
2. What type of permit/visa to apply? Temporary Work Permit? or Arranged Employment?
3. Company wants him to come as soon as possible, what is the easiest and fastest way?
4. Can he just apply visitor visa in Philippines and obtain permit upon arrival in Canada?
4. Does he needs an EILTS test too in Philippines or here in Canada for PR?
5. Does he need PDOS, POLO at POEA?
6. How long does it takes to get a visa?
7 When can he apply for permanent residence?
