What type of IELTS Module (Academic or general) required?

I am a USA resident and professional, like to apply for Express entry. Since English proficiency score is required to submit along with the application. Can anyone help me in knowing which IELTS module (Academic or general) is required and min score to become eligible? Your answers to my question is greatly appreciated.
