what to write on imm 5490 on living together

please i would like to know what to write on question 27 on spouse. partner questionnaire it says have you and your spouse live together. that was only when he was here on his second visit we stayed together at the hotel before we got married. we have not live or cohabited before expect on his visit.

For this question some couples who have only stayed together while visiting state 'yes', some state 'no'. In either case, write an explanation.
If you say 'yes', state that you only stayed together for three weeks at ... Hotel before your wedding, and were not able to live together for a longer period of time because ...
If you say 'no', state that you did stay together at ... Hotel for three weeks before your wedding, but because one of you was just on a visitor's visa, you don't consider it to be really 'living together'. Then give the reason why you have not been able to live together.

I think it is better to say 'yes', and explain. As long as you clearly explain that it was just for a short time and at a hotel (or whatever the situation was), the visa officer will not think you are lying.
