what to write in student questionarrie form in column 3 as loan taken ???

please help !
as i have taken loan, so what should i write in the following given column on the form ?

3) Complete the following chart with regard to a) your parents and b) any other individual, including yourself, who is a primary financial support for your program of studies, where applicable.

and if i write my father.. then do i need to attach additional documents to show his income ? and about how much income i need to show ? but also in spp checklist ..it is written that donot send any other document unless asked? seniors please reply !!

If you are applying under SPP ... you can mention your parents here ..


As you don't need to attach any of the financial documents from your parents or bank . ( if CIC wants it additionally then you have to )


What you need is , the tution fee reciept and the GIC certificate , nothing else.

if i write my father.. then upto how much annual income should i write and if they ask for proof then what additionally i have to provide ?
