Hi, If there are questions that we don't have an answer to (such as "membership on organizations") can we just leave them blank and skip them or should we write n/a?

Yes, write N/A for clarity that you did read the question and not missed it.
We had applied to the Compassionate Humanitarian reasons for my mother in law before. Now, filling the forms for her for the family class sponsorship, it's asking if she has a UCI. Should I write the same UCI from her humanitarian application from before?
on form IMM0008 there is a question: "Have you ever used any other name (e.g. nickname, maiden name, alias, etc.)"
