What to do with your previous company which is shut down

Hi,

I have everything contract letter,experience, reference letter
from my current employer and from my first employer.

But from second employer ,I have only old copy
of experience letter nothing else from him and problem is that
company is shut down so no body is there to available to attend verification call.

I have visiting card of my boss from same place, I called him
but no respond and that place where I was working now other company
is working so my questions is that what should I do with
my second no employment.


Any advice.

write a letter explaining that the company has gone into liquidation in the year so and so. Provide some evidence of closure if you can. That's all. Businesses also died like human beings and there's nothing we can do about it.

Attach all other documents that tie you to that company in support of your application. Period.

I have only one old experience letter i dont have anything else.
How can I prove this that company is closed, i mean what document i
can submit

It is necessary i will provide explanation, if no then let cic will find out
themself and let them come and ask to me or I should provide explanation
but what it can be :-X.

Dear Saadia,

CIO/CHC is never gonna take the trouble to investigate for you if you have not provided all the docs.
They will directly reject the application.
So send all the docs which you have from previous company.
EX :-
* All the Bank Statement of your salary from you previous company.
* Offer Letter
* Promotion Letter (If Any)
Income Tax Return.....
Try to send all the docs you can.....

Do you know anyone who worked with you there? If so get an affidavit from him. else submit an affidavit signed by yourself. Just mention in cover letter that company has closed and submit what ever you have .. pay slips, offer letter, experience letter etc.
If you dont need the points for this experience than just dont bother. I have worked for 9 years and changes 5 jobs. I submitted letters from only 3 employers.

CHC does not believe on Affidavit for Imp documents.
They wont accept Affidavit.
As i said before if you can present the docs then it should hopefully work.

I am not claiming any point from that experience, because it is in software development.
And i m claiming point under 4131 for which i have genuine experience in India.

I want to avoid it but cic says u should provide pcc from all the countries,
where u spent more then six month so my question is that if I will avoid that
experience do i have to need submit pcc or not.

I cant ignore that because visa is stamped on my passport
but gud thing is that it is from Saudi Arabia.

and cic says they don’t need pcc from Saudi Arabia and my this
experience from Saudi Arabia

please give more details advice i should avoid completely it and put
my first experience and current experience.

is this ok .. 8)

Hi Saadia

my suggestion, please show the true picture and show all the work experience. Also write an explanation letter along with your file for documents which you cannot procide and the reason for it. Trust me if your case is legitimate then there will not be any problem.

i am also facing same problem i have done full time and part time at same time ... i have mentioned my part time exp in initial application but the company was closed and is taken over by other company.. so i am thinking of keeping only my full time experience... to new delhi.. this will effect my application pliz any suggeations
