What To Do? Wait For CutOff To Fall OR Apply For Ontario PNP

Hello Guys,

I am standing at CRS 407 ~ very much waiting to get the ITA soon but since the things moving on in a very slow pace ~ I am very much confused on what to do now.

I got Ontario's NOI on May 19th while I got mine another IELTS scheduled for June 24th (as mine last IELTS will expire on October 8th).

The question is what shall I do ~ to wait for the cutoff to fall to 407 (which is possible for sure seeing the current scenario) OR do I fill-up mine application for Ontario's PNP.

Also, please guide with the documents required to be submitted for Ontario's PNP.

My opinion >> Wait for 2-3 draws more.

Even I am at 407 and got OINP NOI on 12th April 2017 but I prefer to wait and see 2 or 3 more draws.
