WHAT TO DO IN THIS SITUATION?????

Hello Brothers!!!!

I have posted this question before but I am not satisfied with answers. Please help me out Cry Cry

Here is my story;

I have completed BSc (4 years) here, and in Canada I applied for a POST-SECONDARY DIPLOMA PROGRAM in a COLLEGE. They didn't require any university document ( b/z program was post-secondary).

When I was applying for the visa, I didn't have my FINAL TRANSCRIPTS & PASS CERTIFICATE (b/z my final year's result wasn't announced at that time). I just send my 3 years mark-sheets, and a character certificate (Issued by my department).

But now, after having my Medical Exam done, I have to send back my PP to CHC.
I am confused here; Huh Huh

That,

1) Shall I send these transcripts and PC. (B/z Someone says, don't send them bcz CHC haven't asked you to submit these. Others say that, if you'll send, there may be threat to your case in a sense that you'll be memorizing the VO that you already have a bachelors)

2) If I don't send these, then there may be re-action by VO of not sending these docs..

Please give me satisfactory answers. I will have to send my PP back tomorrow.

Have you mentioned that you have done Bsc.?

As you said you havn't send them Trans scripts then what you have did to fill your gap years.

Yes dear I have mentioned it in above statement!

Also in my SOP, I wrote like this,

I have completed BSc (Result Waiting)....................................

If you mentioned that result awaiting.

Then I personally recommend submit only if they ask.

Hmmmm.... Mr jigzzy has said me the same thing. Read his following post;

hmm.. tricky situation. If they haven't asked you to submit it, than no need for it. Coz, they might have overlooked your Bachelor's degree right now (my guess) and by sending them your transcript, you are confirming them that you are bachelors now and your are going to pursue a Diploma despite of having bachelors and they MIGHT reject your application on the basis of course. Either way, it's 50 50. So, don't bother sending them. You might get lucky..

And haan, one thing, is it necessary to attach a cover letter while submitting pp back? B/z I read somewhere here that it is necessary. What would you people say about this?

And shall I send a photocopy of receipt that I received from the Doctor ( as a proof that I have done medical)

To be honest @nightrocker you really messed up your case, why did you show your bachelor degree when you applied for a post secondary diploma, it makes no sense to apply for a lower program when you already holds a higher qualification, it only shows that you have immigration intents and you are not a serious student, and i am sure you already knew that even if you have immigration intents never display it to VO especially when you applying for a student visa.
Note that i am not criticizing you just showing you the facts.

Yes dear. I already knew this thing while I was applying for this program. BTW, there were some reasons because of which I did all this. I have faith in Allah. I hope He will do some better for me In'sha'Allah.
