What to do in this situation ??

I am just assuming worst case scenario and trying to prepare for it.

My current WP is expiring on Feb28th, My AOR is on 9th Jan(still no update in application) and BOWP application is currently on hold.

My medical is not passed yet and I was requested additional test which is taking time(I should be providing those by Mid March). By the time I will submit additional medical tests I will be on implied status and my concern is

What if my medical test fails ? That will result in rejection for both PR and BOWP. How much time do I have after that to restore my status or to leave country if I decide to do so?

Why do you think your medicals will fail??? Are you suffering from any health complications serious enough to impact your medical report??? If not, then just relax and think positively.
There are better things to think about.

I do actually have complication not sure if that's complicated enough to be the reason of failure.

My initial X-ray show that I have benign( tumor) near my first rib and it could be cancerous(require biopsy which will be done within next couple of weeks) I am not sure if that can be marked as reason for medical failure but I just want to know my options and want to be prepared for worst case possible.
