Hi all
Me and my family (spouse & son) have got CSQ (Quebec Selection Certificate).
Now we want to apply for federal immigration.
I (the principal applicant) live in France and my family has left permanently for Pakistan.
The problem is that my spouse's French resident card has expired.
I am confused whether i should apply from France for all of us?
If I apply from here, probably Canada immigration office will not accept the forms of my spouse because of no proof of resident card !
In any case if they accept it, the problem then again will occur for interview and medical tests because it is difficult to get visa from Pakistan to France for a family reunion.
What you suggest to me in this case?
Should I apply for myself only or for whole family?
And how much time does it take normally for federal immigration after having CSQ?
Thanks in advance
