What to do if my French course application was rejected?

I really need help. I applied for full-time courses and had to receive a call, to check my level but missed it. And after that my application was automatically rejected. Do I still have an opportunity to apply for course and how can I do that?

Best would be to call MIFI or nearest CEGEP where full time courses are offered
