My PR expires in 7/15 , we decided to move 6/13 but due to some illness of mother we decided to stay ne more year as we have kids to enroll in school and we cant interrupt their study , and hoping that mom will get okay we will move 6/14 a year only from expiry of PR , obviously not meeting RO .

What do you advice us to do to solve this issue , coming tom canada and stay have been our dream and we don't want to lose it , shall we report to CIC or what to do exactly as we don't want to get reported at airport and get our PR revoked .

First of all don't take me wrong, but you have one thousand wishes and you have to select one.

School are good in Canada also, so what point of study interruption
You have Canada your dream, to fufill the dream sometimes you need lot of sacrifices, you have to set your priorities Canada or other Dreams.

You can still have chance of coming back to Canada even you have one year left in your PR card, but you will have risk of been reported not meeting RO and may result losing PR. If you are ready for that then you can still stay back another year finish/ meet your other wishes.

If really want to come to Canada:

1. You can do that if one of you or partner come and stay in Canada now and after one year if other members of the family reported/ turned back then one who stayed here in Canada could sponsonerd you all again.

2. Not take any chances and move to Canada now if you can, if your mom is not Okay by next year you are going to make some arrangement for her, so why not make the same arrangement now.
