What to do after sending scanned passport

Hi

Can you please help

I completed Test at the end of August 2022.
Sent later on scanned passport in October.

I received email:
You will NOT receive a response to your enquiry via this email. A decision/response to your request or notification of submission will be added to your file in our system within 5 business days of receipt. At that time, you must contact the Client Support Centre for further information.

But there is NO phone number of Client Support Centre. What should I do?
