What to do after Landing (Validating my COPR)

Hello,
My application for Permanent Residence via Ontario PNP Program has finally been completed and I have gotten my COPR. I am currently waiting to go to the Ottawa office on Jan31st to validate it and complete "landing".
My question was regarding updating the rest of the documents after that:

• For my health card/SIN number, do I wait for the actual PR *card* or can I use any documents given to me by the officer during the validation process or my copy of the signed COPR to do so. How soon after validating COPR / doing landing can I update this?
  
  I'm guessing I don't need to notify Service Ontario for any changes in my G1 card, do I?

Health card and SIN can both be obtained with just your signed COPR, no need to wait for the actual PR card. You can update as soon as possible, you don't need to wait.
