What to do after COPR for inland spousal sponsorship

Hi

I am sponsoring my spouse while in Canada outside of Quebec
On the IRCC status tracker we see at the bottom it says "Confirmation of Permanent Residency (COPR) details" with an expiry date.

I am really confused because we didn't get any emails, and I'm wondering what is the next step? What should i expect to happen ?

This is just an internal administrative step - albeit an important one - where they allocate (basically) a COPR number. In due course the next steps of being finalized should happen but the COPR# being allocated on its own is not a good predictor of how much time is left. The more important ones are final decision and the invitation for virtual landing (equivalent of passport request).

It's a step forward, steps forward are good, wait for the next steps.
