How are You? and i hope everything is ok with everybody, i have a question i want what the papers my wife need for sponsoring me i meant the papers what she need to send to mississauga please anyone habve this information send me just for information she is canadian Citizen and she let her house for stay with me here right have PR in morocco

Hi - Got you PM. Here is a link to the outland application package that your wife will need to send to Mississauga to apply to sponsor you for Permanent Residence. She fills out the forms in Part A (the Sponsorship Application), and you fill out the forms in Parts B & C (the Application for Permanent Residence and the Region Specific forms). Then you return your forms to her, with your criminal clearances and proof of your medical exam, and she sends everything, together, to the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga. After CPC-M approves her as a sponsor they will forward the application to the visa office for your country and your part of the application will be processed.

As a Canadian citizen she can apply to sponsor you even while she is not in Canada - but she will have to provide proof with the application of her plans to return to Canada and be able to provide accommodations for you when you get PR.

Thank you so much for your message i see that she don't need to have a house for sponsoring me because she let all and came to me here and she will back to canada in the 05/03/2009 then i will stay here just for have PR and we have a bebe comeing LOL ,

No lawyers can speed up the process or guarantee your Canadian PR. Unless your case is very difficult, or if you have a language barrier, you should be able to file your application without any help from a lawyer. It is up to you.

My experience tells me that you and your wife should be able to file your own application. Read the instructions and follow the document guideline and you should be okay. There is nothing wrong to hire a lawyer, but it cost a lot of money and doesn't necessarly add any value to your case. Good luck with your application.

noubi ou dont need a lawayer if u or ur wife speak good english or french then u can do them just give them some time till you read them very well then you go ahead with filling them and if you have any questions then this forum is gonna help just post whatever you have then guys will help her , good luck

noubi if the embassy in rabat need any paper they will notify you before the interview when you are called for an interview u will only need take with you extra proof of ur relationship like pics and such staff ; but be sure if ever they need something they will contact you so dont worry .good luck
