What the h.... is going on with mexico visa office???

I just want to know what is going on?...there are many applicants with 14, 15, 16 and even 17 months waiting...
In general all Visa Offices are observing delays. Processing timelines for QSW is now 14 months ( for 80% applications world-wide)
