Hello,

I definitely think you need to improve your score BEFORE you attempt to create a new express entry profile. You might want to look into improving your IELTS scores and Educational qualifications. Another great step would be to find an acceptable LMIA approved job in Canada (I know this is very difficult to get though) OR a provincial nomination.

You should make a new profile. However, unless your score goes up, you will still be stuck. The ITA score has not gone below 430, so you need to bring your score up by either getting a provincial nomination, adding new educational qualification, language scores. If you are married, see if your spouse can get more points by being the primary applicant.

This is all I can suggest.
 
you can make a new profile after the first one has expired.

But point is not gonna come down so try to get PNP.

Thanks for your valuable suggestion but problem is that i have already tried for 3 times for IELTS but score is max is 325.... due to age lost 5points

now score is 320


how to get PNP i have no idea...
