what should I do if "Second Review" is past due

According to my GCMS NOTES, the due date is March 24, but by far I haven't heard any updates from CIC, No Calls, No Emails

what should I do for now, Keep waiting? or Apply another GCMS notes?

Is this a good or bad sign regarding to my eligibilty assessment? am I very likely to get rejected?

Hold your horses buddy! We just started 24th an hour ago in Vancouver! Wait for another week and if you didn't hear anything get your local MP to follow on your application. They usually get back to you in 48 hours.
