What should I apply for ? No agency is able to answer this.

My name is Jaspreet Singh, I am from India.
Age : 31
Sex : Male
Status : Married since 5 years.
Kids : No

I have recently(2016) completed by Graduation in Information Technology (which is 4 years program)

I started my graduation in 2002 and was not completed due to some financial reasons. I was regular student from 2002-2006 than started working without attaining my degree.

9 years later I got chance to complete my degree and i did not left stoned turned this time.

So I gave 6 exams and cleared my graduation this year finally. (2002-2016)

By the time (2007 to 2015) I was working as PHP developer as a FREELANCER. I always had a plans to study abroad as there is no technical knowledge provided in India.

So here are the queries that nobody is able to answer:

1 : When I approach a college they say there is a study gap.

2 : When I think to apply for PR [I think : Canadian Gov. will say you have officially completed degree now. So experience will count after 2016 .. ]

But if no college is ready to take my case then I have only option to apply for PR is that even possible not sure.

Kindly please can you get me to appropriate direction.

if you have obtained your degree then there is no reason why a college or university would not accept that. Apply to different colleges and universities offering the masters/pg course you are interested in and write a strong sop explaining why it took so long to finish your degree. Good luck

I contacted few colleges they say my case is not strong I have 9 years study gap. I should try for SPP after 1 year(1 year gap is compulsory for this).

Reasons are pretty simple ones :
1. Careless I thought all is clear I did not check back my results of 4th,6th and 7th semester.
2. I got job without attaining degree so i thought that's it lets forget about it.

Now problem came when i am thinking to go abroad i went to attain my degree they said my exams are not clear. Usually after 4 years we get another another 4 years to complete degree.. but my university gave all students a final chance after 8 years as well. I grabbed that chance and clear my all 6 exams. And now i am looking to study MBA.

Confusion is should i study MBA or apply for PR ?

So what do you think about reasons() i have mentioned are truth.

You can still apply in Universities. Thats okay. Age would not matter. Try Lakehead University, you might be able to get something for Jan Intake in Computer Science.
