What should be the Field of Study for Masters in Biomedical Engineering?

Hi All,

Has anyone who has applied for Express Entry with Biomedical Engineering degree confirm the Field of Study they chose in the EE profile:
'Applied Sciences' or 'Biological and Biomedical Sciences'?

I read that most engineering folks choose Applied Sciences but I am not sure about that in case of Biomedical Engineering.
