What should be done? Pls.help!

I discovered that my husband have an affair with a woman who used to work here in Canada too. Fortunately, my kids and I were granted PR status and went here to join him. His "mistress" who used to work here was laid off from her job before we arrived and was asked by the immigration to leave Canada so she was in her own country now but lately I found out that my husband is helping her to get a job and be back here again. A friend of her also told me that CIC refused to give her working visa for a couple of times but still insist to apply. Is there anything that can be done to prevent her to be here again? Is there any more chance that she can get working visa again?

No - there is nothing you can do to prevent her from coming to Canada.

Yes - if she qualifies, she can certainly get another work permit.

Preventing her from getting admission into canada is pointless. Ultimately, I believe you want to save your marriage. What you need to do is confront your husband and clear things out. It is important for both of you to know where you stand in your marriage. Your problem is not with her it is with the man you call your husband.
