What really has happened to Ontario PNP PR applicatios?

They said that they are going to transmit it by today. so hopefully you are right, will see it updated next Wednesday.

No. Only one line since March 2014 (the month they sent me the AOR email). That is about receiving the PR application on September 2014. What is your application status on ECAS now?

@mobhrdwj, many congratulations on your passport request, it was like a never ending wait...anyways, all is well that ends well! I have question for you, did you submit your RCMP fingerprints along with your PR application to CIC?

it is a painful wait. yes i submitted RCMP report with my application. RCMP will take a week to send the report to you.

here is my timeline.

Opnp applicant
Application received by cic - Aug 11, 2014
Aor - march 9, 2015
Medical req - may 8, 2015
RPRF - may 12, 2015
Passport req - may 23, 2015

As for the PPR, do you receive an email and is there any time limit provided to send your passport?

My ECAS just show two line items: one for Application received and second for Medical received.

1. application received on August 11, 2014.
2. we started processing on May 13, 2015.

Yes i received email for PPR on Saturday at around 4 pm (which is really surprising). there is 30 day time limit to send the passport.

1. application received on August 11, 2014.
2. we started processing on May 13, 2015.

I am sorry, I know this is not the right thread to ask my question but I couldn't locate the right thread.

I received my Ontario Provincial Nominee Certificate on April 17th 2015 and now I am planning to submit my PR application to CIC. Can someone point me to the group which can provide information around how to get my PR file ready?

I am particularly confused about police certificate. I am confused if we have to get police certificate beforehand and submit it along with the application or is it something that has to be produced if and when requested by the visa office.

I recommend sending PCC from both countries with the application. It will save you time later on.

for Canada - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/index.asp

For India - your family/friend can apply on your behalf via police services (depending on your region).
