Guys,
As always thanks for all ur help.u guys r doing god's work.

i have a question regarding immigration of dependents (My parents, age above 65 years) to Canada after i get express entry PR.Can they immigrate to Canada?
i only want them to be with me ,even if Canada doesnt give them PR its ok for me. as long as they can live continuously with me is ok for me.

can anyone please give me some information about this

They can only live with you continuously if they are permanent residents.

You can sponsor them for PR - but there are a number of requirements you need to meet - including income requirements for three years in a row from Canadian sources. It will be at least four years from the time you arrive in Canada that you will be able to sponsor your parents and you should expect it will take around 4 years for their application to be processed.

So you're looking at a number of years (at least 8 ) before they will be able to come here to live with you continuously.

In the mean you can sponsor them for a super visa (once you are in Canada and have a job that meets the minimum income requirements). The super visa will allow them to visit Canada for long periods of time - but won't let them live here permanently. As visitors they won't be able to work and won't be able to take advantage of Canada's health care system.

Just to add - your parents are not your dependents for Canadian immigration purposes. Only yours spouse (if you have one) and your children (if you have any) are classified as dependents for immigration.
