What options do I have (loans, scholarship etc.)

I'm a working professional since more then 10 years. Now I'm heading for a career change. What options do I have of getting loans? The school I want to do isn't an University. It's an online based school of 21month duration. Do I have any opportunities to get a loan for such a school? The costs would be 13000$.

I would do a full time program at a recognized university/school, but I can't afford it to not work for a year.

I'm a Canadian Citizen but lived abroad the last 18years. ...

If the school is in Ontario, check OSAP if you are still eligible for the assistance. Otherwise, you can check with school whether they can give you assistance.
