What Options are available after Rejection...Just an Enquiry

Hi Everyone,

i am Going for an Interview in July... Medicals done in March... I was surprised to see an INT call after medicals and PPR ... I have been asked to proove my Marriage ....Although i will give my Best with all supporting documents... Just wanted to know what options are available in Case( God It doesnt happen to me) my PR Visa has been Refused... what options are available....


Do i have the Right to Appeal.....or an ADR will be issued in FSW category.... or what options are available... Can someone Explain me....this...

Hi Amritsingh,

Yes incase if visa is refused you will have a right to appeal for it, take every single documents which confirms your marriage like marriage pictures, video and all other small things which shows your relationship like if you have any joint bank account show that as well.
