What next after responding to MPNP procedural fairness letter?

How long does it take for response from MPNP after responding to a procedural fairness letter? Current status is assessment in process from information requested.

There is no set time. It depends entirely on the individual case.

when did you respond?and when did it change to AIP? what was the PFL about?

I was given pfl on the 19 of November 2019 and l responded on 12 of December and it has been showing assessment pending since December 21 till date. Kindly advice in regards to this.

Be patient, it will change to ‘assessment in process’ when your file is assigned to a PO. Hopefully it will change anytime soon.
