Hey Everyone,

I ordered GCMS notes prior to knowing that we would be approved. I thought it may be helpful to mention what was written down in 'notes'. Apparently this is what they deemed noteworthy in our application

- young couple, first marriage for both
- Sponsor is Canadian born with Romanian father, applicant is romanian
- They met in Romania while sponsor was visiting family
- Got married in Romania in March 2012
- Sponsor's father and applicant's father attended the wedding
- Couple went for honeymoon in Paris
- Enclosed pics
- Looked genuinely happy
- No concerns

Thus, what I am taking from this is they will emphasize whether or not this is a first marriage (if not, additional explanation would probably help), how we met, whether or not we 'jive' culturally, when we got married, who attended our wedding in terms of family, whether or not we went on a honeymoon, and whether or not we looked genuinely happy.

I'm not sure if this helps anyone, but for me, it gives me a bit better insight into what they were looking for! I think this reinforces how important it is to really explain any red flags that pop up in your application.

It's also nice to know that someone still considers us young!! ;)

wow, that's very helpful. Thank you for posting it. I am getting a little nervous. We are somewhat young, lol, but we eloped and we didn't really have a wedding. We saved our money for rainy days and a future honeymoon (not planned). I wonder how to determine if you are genuinely happy ::) Pics and chat logs? If so, hopefully they can say the same about us ;)

Mrs Lunas.. we all know you and Mr Lunas are very happy and young as a spring chicken!!! Keep the faith and keep smiling.. your IO is gonna be saying the same kinda things about you and hubby.. Just wait and see! ;)

Wow this is awesome! Really kind of giving me an idea how they will look at our application. I hope they will see our photos as genuinely happy couple, because we really are happy when we are together :D

Btw, what does GCMS stands for?

GCMS - GLOBAL CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

yaaay Charlize very nice; i was waiting to post here too ;D
for us he said:
- FOSS no adverse info for either sponsor or applicant (FOSS is an internal system they have)
- Applicant living with Canadian spouse in UAE for years;
- no previous marriages;
- supporting documents show long term cohabitation and loving relationship
- satisified, relationship is BF (bona fide)
- eligibility passed

he didn't say we r young though :P ::) :-[ i like to think we r still

in any case any relationship and any couple is different; we all have strengths, weeknesses, some possible red flags and so on; the most imp, is to show them honestly who u really are and explain to them ur situation :)

Hello guys,

May I ask how will you be able to obtain GCMS notes?

Thanks
