Seems pretty obvious that "HC-CDA" means "Humanitarian & Compassionate - Canada" (or maybe "in Canada").

Did you apply for H&C on the basis of discrimination? It just seems to be sorting (“triage”) the type of H&C case.

Applied basis of hardship in back home, establishment and family tie in Canada . So when I ordered the gcms notes it was showing tirage : descrimanation.
