Hi all

I have prepared most of my documents which are needed (after receiving of AOR).
Now before sending the package of papers I am not completely sure about what exactly I should sent to Bucharest. Actually I cant understand the meaning of "certified photocopies". This phrase is in the beginning of this guide http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37106.pdf.
Do I need to provide them a legislated documents? Or I should just make notarial certification.

Sorry about this strange question but in my country the meanings of legislation and certification are totally different.

You go to a notary/lawyer or whoever not knowing the system in your country, who makes a copy of the document and stamps "certified true copy" and signs it, with the authority to certify it, i.e. notary, lawyer, justice of the peace etc.

That is good to hear that. Only notarial certification not government legislation.
